I actually don’t mind this. I actually think prisoners should have more access to the outside world to help them adjust when they’re released. The shock of time marching on as you froze in place for 10+ years literally breaks people. Something like this could help them either keep up with the times or adjust over time to new things. Imagine going into jail in 2005 and coming out now. The world is drastically different.
This is kind of funny as a punishment because it’s like dangling a donut in front of a cop. Like imagine going to jail and your punishment literally just being “aaaahhhaaaa look who can’t go outside!” lmao
Solitary confinement looked different when I was there. A padded cell down a series of dark wet loud halls. No human contact except at the intervals when guards would clank keys down the hall, and when you got a sack lunch. They trays were left to be retrieved behind cell doors that “popped” open.
What in the dystopian nightmare is this shit
Better than nothing I guess.
dystopian as fuck, but a little better than normal solitary I guess.

What’s to stop them from talking to each other? Not like they are right next to each other
